Simply put for about 6 hours a month worth of work for our corporation you will earn a divedend, and have access to all that we offer! Any more work than that just goes to increasing dividends. Also, since members who miss their required events won't get paid, there will never be any leaching, contributing members won't be paying anyone that dosent contribute as well.
